A...Ahhhhh you definitely deserved those two scoops! All 3 levels in one day, that's amazing! Like she says, you don't get to the finish and quit! :)<br /><br />I am on Day 5 of Ripped in 30. I love this workout - definitely a step up in pace from 30 Day Shred (i.e. you go from plank jacks to mountain climbers back to back, then squat thrusts in the next circuit.) It's a great workout, though - I highly recommend it.
