Stress makes you hold on to weig...One word: STRESS<br /><br />Stress makes you hold on to weight, even when you're working so hard you feel like you should lose 10 pounds! Plus, even though your body was accustomed to working out, you're doing more physical activity at different hours now, and your sleep is off. WOW. I'm sure your body is wondering what is going on! <br /><br />Be patient! Once you get used to your schedule, I'm sure the weight will start falling off :)<br /><br />I will pray that your husband finds a job SOON. I know how hard it is for the man of the family to feel as if he's not able to provide. It's SO hard on them.
